GGH3 run every Thursday at 7pm and many enjoy a meal in the pub afterwards.
Hashers span all ages and abilities. A hash is a sociable fun-run, not a race,
but you may end up getting cold, wet, muddy or even lost!

---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
1696 | Thu 22-Aug-19 | 4 | Prince Albert | Rodborough Hill, Stroud, GL5 3SS | As start | 25 | After a panoramic port DS, the trail headed down to the pub. Alas, a false finish! It looped to the bottom again and along the river. Live music in pub was OK. | Physy Blonde + Oddjob |
1695 | Sat 17-Aug-19 | 1 | Oxford University Press | Walton St, Oxford | Rusty Bicycle, 28 Magdalen Rd, Oxford, OX4 1RB | 32 | Grand day out in Oxford! Hash part I to lunch stop at the 'Head of the River'. Some farcical punting, followed by hash part II to the apres, where bus waited. | Cracker + Physy Blonde |
1694 | Thu 15-Aug-19 | 1 | Cotswold Gateway | Burford, OX18 4HX | As start | 32 | Long trail with nice country bits in the second half. Attractive pub, pricey menu. | Ratatouille + Batty Bat |
1693 | Thu 08-Aug-19 | 4 | Rose & Crown | off A417, Redmarley, GL19 3NB | As start | 19 | £7 Thai curries dished out to the sound of quiz night theme tunes. The trail lacked inspiration, considering how good the hashing territory is. | Fudgie |
1692 | Thu 01-Aug-19 | 3 | Plough Inn | Ford, GL54 5RU | As start | 32 | Pinky was roped in last minute to help. Nice wooded trail that had me disoriented. Good view of a local quarry. | Magpie + Cripplecock + Pinky |
1691 | Thu 25-Jul-19 | 9 | Cheese Rollers | Shurdington, GL51 4XJ | As start | 32 | Possibly hottest day of the year. Pleasing & well laid trail, wisely flat & not too long. Pub beer quality a bit dodgy (maybe the heat...). | Tooth Fairy + Plodders |
1690 | Thu 18-Jul-19 | 2 | Red Lion | High Street, Cricklade, SN6 6DD | As start | 32 | Flat, wiggly clockwise trail around the town, finishing across North Meadow nature reserve. Good pub-brewed ales. | Physy Blonde + Florence |
1689 | Thu 11-Jul-19 | 6 | Kings Head | Kings Stanley, GL10 3JD | As start | 39 | After a few tricks & bluffs, trail did climb the expected hill, through shady beech woods. Friendly pub & good food (though the Doombar tasted of bleach). | OS + Kermit |
1688 | Thu 04-Jul-19 | 5 | Boat Inn | The Quay, Ashleworth, nr Gloucester, GL19 4HZ | As start | 45 | Big turnout for a twisty, nettley, sweaty rural romp. Perhaps not the hares' best trail. Generous £6 buffet & interesting ales. | Cracker + Barbie Doll |
1687 | Thu 27-Jun-19 | 1 | Cross House Tavern | Church St, Tewkesbury, GL20 5AB | As start | 34 | We rarely see historic Tewkesbury in daylight and it so happened that about 6 rarely seen hashers turned up. Good micropub and a buffet funded by Mr Sheep. | Mr Sheep + Fill My Cavity + Golden Showers |
1686 | Thu 20-Jun-19 | 6 | Plough Inn | Cold Aston, GL54 3BN | As start | 37 | Clockwise loop via Notgrove, Aylworth & Folly Farm. Notable, a dazzling field of red poppies. The local Bourton brewery lager is worth drinking. | Twin Peaks + Just James |
1685 | Thu 13-Jun-19 | 10 | Fox & Elm | Tuffley, Gloucester, GL4 0DA | As start | 25 | Cool & drizzly. Sub three mile trail avoided the higher slopes of Robins Wood hill & inevitable mud-sliding. Good value £3 chilli. | Fanny + Pat Hatherall |
